Third, we will direct you to sections of the landlord tenant code, to ensure fairness. Keeping your cost down. Preventing costly legal fees and the hiring of an attorney unless it becomes absolutely necessary. Saving you many hard earned dollars. Keeping you apprised of the landlords rights and responsibility and the tenants rights and responsibility.
Fourth, we help you to recognize what needs to be maintained regarding maintenance and repairs to include preventative maintenance, that keep your property in top condition - and be able to command maximum rent.
Fifth, we guide you in the right direction on how to solve landlord tenant issues, problems, concerns and to keep from discrimination. What is required by a landlord. The cost for this service is less than a dollar a day per unit or single family home! If your property portfolio is larger we are open to a negotiable satisfactory fee for both parties.
